It will not happen overnight but with practice and a bit of patience, you will get better and see the results.
1 Get up early
While most of us enjoy being in warm cozy bed snoozing few more hours, fulfilled and successful people are already up and enjoying themselves. They take this time to connect with their body, mind and soul, practice gratitude or reflect on their life, achievements and work. They energize their body with light exercise, set goals for the future and have some time to learn new skills they need to master in order to reach the next goal in their life.
Getting up one or even two hours earlier will give you the time you need to focus on what matters to you most. It gives you the time to exercise to keep your mind and body fit and flourish creativity in you. It gives you time to reflect on your hard work and set goals, read books which might inspire you or give you the knowledge you might need to create your own success. Above all, it gives you time for yourself to discover who you want to be and what you want to achieve.
As you can see the benefits of getting up early are enormous. Devote only one hour in yourself every single day and you have invested 365 hours a year in your own self!
